Tech Art Competition (500$ Prize) Kickoff

In an effort to highlight new talent and support the local UI/UX community, we and our local partners are putting together the first “Tech Art South Florida Competition”. Participants of all ages will be invited to submit their browser-based interactive digital art pieces to a panel of local judges. Judged on interactivity, aesthetics, and execution, winners will be rewarded cash prizes.

What is South Florida Art Tech?
But what is “tech art”, “interactive digital art”, or “browser art”? Just like oil on canvas, the web browser offers endless possibilities for visual, auditory, and even haptic art and experiences. The event will bring together the South Florida STEAM-adjacent community around an exploration of abstract concepts using the tools of computing.
