A few of you have been asking us to present on Docker.
Ok… The Truth is that EVERYONE has been asking about docker. So here you go.
June’s event will be about learning and using Docker.
We’ll learn about what Docker is. What “Containers” are.
What they CAN do and what they CAN’T.
We’ll also learn what are they good for and why you should be learning it.
We’ll have a live coding presentation where we’ll use the app we’ve been building together on Node and we’ll get it working locally on our docker box. All setup from scratch.
If we have time, we’ll spend some time showing you how to push it up to production using the “Cloud”
To come prepared, make sure to install docker in your laptop first.
