CLASS: BUILD YOUR OWN WEBSITE: INTRO TO HTML/CSS (BILINGUAL)

This class is a 4-day series running on every Monday on September 29th, October 6th, 13th and 20th from 6:30pm to 9:00pm each day. The cost covers all 4 nights.
This class will be offered to both English and Spanish speaking students. Teaching assistants will be available to assist students in each language.
Want to learn how to build your own website? Already have your own site and want to have more control over it? Interested in learning to program but want to start small? If you answered yes to any of the questions above, this course is for you!
This beginner course will guide you through the basics of HTML and CSS to assist you along the way as you develop your own website.
This 4-class HTML/CSS course runs for four Mondays:
• Class 1, HTML Basics: Monday, September 29th, 6:30pm-9pm
• Class 2, Introduction to CSS: Monday, October 6th, 6:30pm-9pm
• Class 3, CSS Positioning and Page Layout: Monday, October 13th, 6:30pm-9pm
• Class 4, Common Web Layouts, Tips and Tricks: Monday, October 20th 6:30pm-9pm

Tech Requirements for this class:
• Your laptop.
• A modern browser with either Chrome and the “Web Developer” extension or Firefox and Firebug installed.
• A text editor. We recommend Sublime Text 2 (It’s free and available for both Mac and PC).
